It's been 2 months since my Serial Number is invalid

I have a lifetime license for SpinnerChief. Username is aleksandrius.
However, when I login into the web, it asks for a Serial Number: http://prntscr.com/dx033x
When I insert (copy/paste) the correct SN, it says "Serial Number Error": http://prntscr.com/dx03kn

It's been 2 months since I first contacted you privately for this issue, but no one responded. Why are you not resolving this?

Payment was made October I think. No active PP dispute.
Can we resolve this issue, please? Thanks.

Already done that a couple of times. I did it once again, but I don't think it will make any difference. Unless it's not resolved immediately.

Why it's so hard to activate one license key? You have my payment and my account, everything is valid and OK. Just activate my Serial number and it's done.
