Botchief runner network error on startup

why can't I run botchief due to a network error on login? If your authentication server is down it should be fixed as a matter of urgency as this stops customers like myself who have purchased multiple licenses from using the software, why is this problem taking over 12 hours to fix ?

Not a happy customer at the moment

Before, there is a little problem for our server, but we already fixed it. It should work now.
